Where to change font (in which .css) to some standard font so I can see croatian signs like čćžđš
It is SPA menu in SPA template which is choosed trough quickstart installation (SPA)

I just turn it ON from template options >>> http://prntscr.com/58789q .
Now you can see the menu item >>> http://prntscr.com/5878doHope your problem is solved .

add this css code in custom.css file .
Path: /template/your ja template/css/custom.css
body
{font-size:16px;}
you can change it as per your need .
there is different size for menu items , you can see to make site in good design . if you want to change menu item sizes . let me know with a screenshot .

{font-family: addhhere;}
You can also use Thememagic option from template manager >>your ja template >Theme magic .
Here is user guide for themeMagicBefore doing changes take a full backup of your site .
