Try This Fix . . . .
Within file path —> /ja_medicare/css/template.css
at line 1684, make the following modifications . . .
.navbar-nav > li > a {
padding-bottom: 10px;
padding-top: 10px;

June 17, 2014 at 6:30 pm #539275under css/ I don’t have the selection templates. I have layouts, rtl, themes. There is megamenu. Should I be editing the padding in that?

You have your custom.css file in the wrong spot . . . . it needs to be WITHIN the “css” folder.

Can you provide a screenshot of the contents of your “css” folder?

June 17, 2014 at 7:30 pm #539286I just checked – the change wasn’t/didn’t save . . . .
Within file path —> /ja_medicare/css/template.css
at line 1684, make the following modifications . . .
.navbar-nav > li > a {
padding-bottom: 10px;
padding-top: 10px;
}It would actually be better if you pasted the above CSS rule within your custom.css file
