Hi,
I installed locally “JA Community Plus” and with the theme just out of the box, I noticed that the main menu items are not visible, however they are present, and “clickable” on the front end. I checked the menu items back in the administration, and as expected, all items are there, and properly linked. So, can somebody tell me what’s the reason of this, and better yet, how to fix it? :-[

I Just checked, and the same is happening with the Joomlart.com demo.
