    It seems to be displaying just fine when I view it in Chrome and Firefox browsers.

    Which browser do you view your site in primarily?

    I am using Chrome latest version – Firefox Latest Version , Explorer 9 – and all in English version.
    All of them have this problem.

    Check all drop down lists in all main menu items and you will see that some elements of the drop down list are not ok.
    Part of the drop down lists are ok and others are not ok.

    Hey there,

    try to add this css line to http://www.xn--mgbfwa6f4b.com/templates/ja_teline_iv/css/mod_jabulletin.css

    #ja-wrapper div.ja-bulletin-wrap ul li, ul.ja-bullettin li {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 8px 0;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #E6E6E6;
    background: none;
    position: relative;
    width: 100%;
    line-height: normal;
    min-height: 40px;
    }

    This will make your menu-items at least 40px high in order to fit the image.

    Cheers

    Frank

    I guess this is not working.. I have added that – cleared cache , and still problems. Check the items in all menus, and you will see.
