Hi,
I want to change the main menu to have colored backgrounds when inactive, with no hovering/active change in color. Also each menu (horizontally) should have a fixed size and the text moved below icon – in the end look like this screenshot

It should look and function as the modules (like contact us, etc.)

Hi saswiss,

You can set Optimize CSS in template manager to No and try with Firebug in Firefox: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/FAQs#How_to_use_Firebug and change with your own css.
