May 22, 2015 at 8:11 pm #206565Hi,
Is there any tutorials for the below:
I have a non responsive site which we want to make responsive. We have a main site http://www.international18skiff.org and on the menu bar you will see a tab called counties. All these countries are subsites to the main site, have their own identities etc etc.
I would like to create the same idea in http://www.cyber-plaza.co.uk/18responsive.
Are there any guidelines on how to achieve this or sample sites to copy from on how to make sub-sites using Purity3 Corporate style.
Thank you for any help
Eddie

May 26, 2015 at 11:07 pm #571855Creating a ‘sub site’ is easy . . . you simply create a new file within your main site directory – name it whatever you want – and upload the new/separate template files into it. You should also create a separate database for each “sub site.”
Then, when you want to access the site, you can create a link on your main site tot he sub-site.
Also, the url for the sub-site should be something like –> http://www.mainsite/com/subsiteTomC ModeratorTomC

May 26, 2015 at 11:31 pm #571865Thanks for the update.
If I create a subsite as you suggested, with a different db, surely I wont be able to share articles etc.
Before with t3 i went to templates and click styles
Then you get T3 options and menu assignments
I use profiles and themes, then I go to menu assignments and add page assignment there.

I am trying to create the same in Purity
