I instlalled ja_medicare tamplete on my website and the main slider is not in proper position, after all its not ther at all. place asist. What would be the time of tamplate instalation by your staff?

Hi there,

By default, JA Medicare shipped with Joomla! 3.3 and the slideshow working fine without any problem. I just created a test by upgrading my Joomla! in local and the slideshow still working fine.

Just checked your site and see you are using Joomla! 3.4 but few features didn’t work correctly(e.g: sidebar, system cache plugin). I guess something when wrong with your upgrade process, Could you please check this case?
