For the online appointment form
Go to Article manager
Find contact Appointment
and edit the article
see this

For book an Appointment fields
Go to component>contacts and edit it
see this >

is that means i can not set CAPTCHA to the forms? how safe is that for spam?

Is your problem of editing the form is solved ???

I’m really confused in this,
the form is not working, when I press submit. also, can I assign 2 departments. each one with one email, so the user if he selected the department the email will go only to that?
also can I put captcha ?
