I want to have the header and the megamenu to scroll up as the page scrolls up instead of the animation or the menu remaining stationary. How can I do this?

Yes, there is no animation but the menu stays stationary and does not move when you scroll. Do you see that? I don’t want the menu to stay stationary when you scroll. I want the menu to scroll up along with the header like most websites.

this template is has different design concept in the header , to change it you need to do custom work , for this you need to check the style used in the other template , for example JA Sugite , open the template demo and see how the styles are defined for the header . http://ja-sugite.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/
first remove the fixed postion of the header so it can not show menu all the time .
then check the style for JA Magz ii header like define in the JA Sugite > http://prntscr.com/bbobdj
this way you can achieve it .
