In my site I am using mega menu and when I go on it and the sub menu opens there are 3 columns, each column has a header. How do I make those headers to not be a link, so when I hover over them the hand doesnt appear and it’s just a pointer.

The menu items contains links so it will show the pointer hands on them .
You can add extra class on the menu item via Mega menu as suggestion in this tip : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2091168/disable-a-link-using-css
But your site is based on older JAT3v2 that does not have megamenu options to add custom classes for specific menu items except you will use menu type as text-separator .
