    Hello,

I’m interested in JA Events, but I’m not sure how it will be possible to manage events with it. Do I need additional (event) extensions to create the events like they are displayed in the demo front page? Would it be possible to create reoccuring events?

For your information: I’m new to Joomla, so maybe I’m missing a point.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

With Joomla, it is very convenient to create/manage content, archive into sections, categories for reusage anytime you like. Eg, for 2010 Joomla day, you create all contents as you see on our demo site, then the next year, you can login backend and change images, articles to fit with new plan and get new content published.

If you are new, you should use our quickstart package after purchase to be free of hassle of installation process. U can get new Joomla site built in with JA Events theme within 15 mintues 🙂

Sounds great, but I have mostly events that reoccur weekly. I don’t want to set them up each week, there is no change to them except for the date. So I guess, I need an event extension for that like JEvents, but this extension comes with its own (ugly) templates and I wonder if this would work with JA events the way it was designed.

    Hi Verland,
JA Event is only joomla template, if you want to use JEvent with our template, i think you can download and install them as normal joomla extensions.

But if you are looking for special styles for your extension, then i am afraid you will have to customize the template yourself.
