For the 1 question :
Its the header image , you can change it from the template style options : http://prntscr.com/bgxl7t
Follow this documentation if you facing issue to change the header images .
For 2nd : Its testimonial module . You can find the module with mod iD 130 in your admin panel and customize it .
Go to: "System → Global configuration", select "Editor – None" for the "Default Editor" field. If you does not turn off editor, it can strip some HTML.
