Hi,

I installed the quickstart package to my server, but the mansory doesn’t work. It just shows the 480×319 picture, what you can see here: http://theworldsartgallery.com/

Can you guys help me out with this?
I didnt change anything, just installed it and set the attributes to 777.

This is because the images you see within the demo version are for demo purposes only – with the corresponding areas being image placeholders in the quickstart + sample data package.

The reason for this is one of limited image use licensing.

So, in fact, rest assured your template download is working as it should. 🙂

thank you very much! But how can I change the pictures at an article? in k2? I changed one picture (the first: winter woman ski sport) but the 480×319 pic is still showing up?!

In JA Slideshowlite, I have no chance to choose k2 as a source for the pictures. That looks a little strange?!

How did you change the image?

Try clearing your cache – both browser and JAT3

I changed the image within the K2 Items. Now it worked, the mansory is showing a new picture. But if I click on the “winter woman ski sport” the picture of 720… is loading (see attachment)
