    Hi Pankaj Sharma

I was referring to the screen shot in your documentation files – saying that I had set it up the same.
I have just checked and the superuser login i provided is now working fine.

Hi Thanks for correcting the details . I spent a lot of time to check the problems and i found the template is customized not the original template .

Here u can see template on your site : http://prntscr.com/amo1r7 Original template name : http://prntscr.com/amo3b6 Found a lot of missing codes and errors . I strongly recommend you to restore your site b backup that have original template . For map issue you need tp published JA Google map plugin on your site at present its unpublished and then configure the plugin wit help of my suggestion given Here

Always check template and extensions compatibility before update Joomla . Do not play with your live sites , Take backup of site before updates and applying custom work .

    Hi Pankaj Sharma

    Thank you for your time.
I think it must be J3.5 non-compatibility that is the issue with the errors.
I will rebuild the site on J3.4.8 (…sigh)

When will this template be ready for J3.5 ?

It seems a shame not to be able to start a new project using the latest version.

    Hi
Team is working on updates and it will available soon . For testing i test this template on latest version of Joomla but i do not face any issue like on your site , As per view this issue is from the customized template .
I suggest you to install backup copy of site that does not have this custom works .

OK, I am very grateful for your time.
There are clearly issues for which I cannot account for :((

I am going to rebuild the site from scratch.
If I build it in Joomla 3.4.8 will I then be able to upgrade to Joomla 3.5 when the template is ready?

    Hi
yes you can update Joomla later .
But before rebuild from scratch i suggest you to do below steps may be this can solve the problem :
take full backup of current site .
Now uninstall the previous JA Event II template from Extension > manage Tab .
Download the fresh templates and install it . Assign the template to Menu items just like its is now .
Let me know if it helps .

OK, this is what I have done

      • uninstalled ja-events-ii
      • uninstalled T3 framework
    • installed ACL manager and run diagnostics to fix assets table
    • downloaded T3 & ja-events-ii from https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/joomla-templates/ja-events-ii/
    • re-installed T3 & ja-events-ii
    • changed to ‘orange’ theme and added a copy version with ‘features intro’ layout
    • Assigned pages to template

I think there are still errors, but I would be really grateful if you could check it for me so I know the best way to move forward before I go any further.

    Many thanks

    OK
I have left the original site where it is with the updates done as shown in my previous post.

I have also re-built the site, from scratch, using joomla 3.4.8 on a development site http://wiw2016.shemeam.co.uk and have created a superuser account exactly the same login details as the other site.

However I have made no customization to the template at all.

I think this site also has errors, as the login module is still not working and the backend of template and module are showing full paths in headings (i.e. T3_TPL_DESC_1)

Both sites are using PHP version 5.6.18 / database version 5.5.48-cll

I love this template and really want to use it but cannot understand why there are problems for me.
    :((

I would really appreciate your advise on to how to proceed.
