In regards to the two different views for the layout seen in the inclued image->

Is there a way to make the default view the option that shows the image and intro article?
Is there an option to remove FILTER PROJECT?
Is there an option to remove the choice all together?

About to remove FILTER PROJECT and choice option, you can do this as

Open templates/ja_decor/css/custom.css file and add new rule

.ja-masonry-wrap .toobar-grid {
display: none;
}
