If you want to change the color of it , add this css code into your custom.css file .

.t3-masthead {
background: #21610B

Change the color code>> #21610B as per your need .
save file . clear cache and check .

I’ve found problems using that code! Yes, it recolours the masshead but it also breaks the JA slideshow lite module on the front page….it just completely stops working!
