April 18, 2013 at 10:28 pm #186910Definitely the rel=”canonical” that is causing the problems. Please read the response from a moderator on the Google Forums (link below).

Could someone from Joomlart please get back to me ASAP and let me know how I can make these changes?
I can’t find any reference to rel=”canonical”. Is this a Joomla 3 issues or a JA Wall issue? PLease let me know. Thanks.

April 19, 2013 at 12:42 am #490360It’s a big Joomla 3 bug. If you are running Joomla 3.03 I’d suggest you apply this fix (after backing up of course).
Can lead to a massive traffic drop. Patch will be applied to Joomla 3.04 apparently…Check this out if you are running Joomla 3 and don’t want to lose traffic! Joomlart people you might want to post this somewhere for all your templates for people running 3.03.
Cheers,
John

This is probably why all the Joomla gurus and template makers warn against using J 3.xx in any live production environment as its not really a finished product yet? suggesting we all stick to 2.5 for now.
