    Hi
Please check the template style > layout and see the position is present.
Now Open masthead module > menu assignment > assign to the module to pages where you want to show it.

    Hi
I don’t know which layout you are using.
To add position you can see the masthead block is defined in the /tpls/deefault.php
    Copy it and paste this

        <?php $this->loadBlock('masthead') ?>

in your layout file to add this position.

    Hi
Default layout already has masthead position, kindly check the layout again?
If you have changed the position name kindly set it default,
Masthead position would be under the header.

    Hi

JA Masthead Module displays masthead title like the JoomlArt masthead. Title and description can be configured for any page.

    Sample configuration condition

[Masshead Itemid="158" title="Latest Blog items" background="images/joomlart/bg-masthead/bg-1.jpg"]Cras tempus condimentum odio commodo ullamcorper[/Masshead]
Itemid is the menu item ID, title is the masthead title, background.

For more info, please check the JA Masthead Module documentation →

    Hi
KIndly check the menu item id is 587.
And you added the wrong id in module http://prntscr.com/fwiryk.
I corrected it and it’s working.

OK, so for every page should add the menu item id in the Masshead Itemid? for all the pages?
