Hi
I want to know the layout name you are using on the template style assigned for the homepage.
Open the template style used for Home menu > layout.
Also, have you added the masthead position in the layout already?
As the position does not comes by default, so if you want to show the masthead module you can publish the module on the module position present in the layout.

Hello,

The style is named "MyBplans" previously named Home 5. I think, however, that I accomplished adding the module myself late yesterday. If I need further assistance on this I’ll drop you a note.
