How do I place a module in the MastHead position shown in the template layout?

When I use the position dropdown I see ‘Mast-Col’ but no MastHead. And if I assign a module to the Mast-Col position it does not appear in the output.

Kindly edit your first post and post your site super user admin details for JA Mods/Staff .
At present it does not seems the template is based on Purity II .

You are using Portfolio layout that have masthead position . I published a module on this position and it work fine for me . http://prntscr.com/a0e95p
You can try it now .
Your site is based on Purity III . in future kindly post question on Purity III forum .
