May 8, 2015 at 3:10 am #206178Hi there,
I have been struggling to find how to make a proper mastheader.First, I have tried with the module management, I add an image, I put the module in position “masthead” but the result doesn’t fit what I was expecting from a masthead (Check this Here)
Then I tried by adding from the menu, actually it fit better,(Check here)
The Masshead is attached to the main menu and not too big. But how can I add a Slideshow instead of the red background color ? (only for the masshead, not the mainmenu)Hope yo could help me with those problems.
thanks.

May 11, 2015 at 5:14 am #570094Hi Vincebuz,
Did you ever try to assign that slideshow module to the masthead position?
And also make sure that you assign this module to associated menu item (via Assignment section in backend settings of module)

May 12, 2015 at 4:16 am #570253Thank you for your answer.
Actually when I assigned to masthead the module it won’t work.
But I have now solved the problem thank you.I had to change the layouts via the .CSS file (I think?) and add the position “SlideShow” in my Layout…
As simple as that but it is hard to find it as it is not in a default layout.
Also I think the fact that it gives you 3 way to make a Masthead but only one that allow you a slideshow is very not convenient : in the menu tool you can add a Masthead Title but if you do so while adding a picture that you position on “masthead” or “slideshow” it will add another kind of layer to you website instead of being superimpose. But yeah anyway I have found the solution by myself thank you !
Have a good day,
