You have three columns for all intensive purposes.
The center column you have set at 100%, the left column at 25% and the left column at 20%. This adds up to145% which as it is more than 100% makes the modules move down to allow for the 100% setting of the article.
You need to adjust the percentages.
I would try leaving ja-right div at the 20% setting and adjusting the ja-left div to 20% and setting the center div ja-content to the remaining 60%. Play with these values to your liking but if they do not add up to ONLY 100% all will offset again.

whats does that mean? We’re having a hard time communicating because of the language barrier and I don’t speak russian or ukrainian, and my slovak is basically non-existent. So we’ll have to PATIENTLY use english 🙂
