I am trying to use tabs in articles and for the second time I’ve encountered the same problem. I have used for the first time an uploaded plugin (tabs from JED) and for the second the qltabs plugin form the default installation. In both situation it happened that the megamenu didn’t function with the “over” css option while it functioned perfectly “on click”. The sidebar on the left equally won’t function. Two clues could value as an evidence? There is no way to have tabs functioning properly with JA Biz?

PS I could add that with ytab plugin the template works well.

There maybe conflict between that tab with the megamenu of this JA Biz template. It’s best if you can put your site online so that we can have a look.
I have put online a fresh installation with only the Tabs plugin activated at http://www.liceogmarconi.gov.it/joomla3. Directly from the home page you could see what happens: no more home page image e megamnu not functioning “onmouseover”.

Hi Roberto,
I see some JS errors in your site, do you have any 3rd party extension installed in your site? Try to disable compress JS in Backend > Template manager. If you use editor like Firebug in Firefox, check ‘Console’ tab, you will see where the JS errors come from.
If I disable js the menu seems working well but I haven’t installed any extension except the Tabs plugin in order to show my problem and due to the problems appears with other plugin as well I don’t think that this could be the real solution. Anyway, could I have other problems with the template if js remains disabled? I am not so skilled with Firebug so I’m not able to tell you something more about the error. Thanks for your kindness.
