    Hi Guys,
Just wondering how I check the MD5SUM on downloaded files from Joomlart.com? Is there a list available here somewhere?
I’m getting the MD5SUM output, but not sure where to find the original checksum on Joomlart.com

    Example:
    user@linuxsys:~ ../ja_rave$ md5sum joomla_1.7.zip
    b6fd96cda6e626f5447c7791efb3ddb4 joomla_1.7.zip

    Any assistance much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Rob

    Hi,

    Check the following information http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Navigation

    Hope this information helps you.

    Hi amandasmith,
Thanks for that, but the url you have supplied relates more so to a T3 framework Navigation tutorial.
I’m actually trying to verify, or at least, match the MD5SUM hash algorithm to a verified checksum output from joomlart.com.
The MD5SUM output is used to check and verify against any inconsistencies from that of the original download source. Normally, and in most circumstances, the site offering and/or supplying the downloaded file will offer an MD5SUM output to be verified against the downloaded file(s).

Thank you for your prompt reply, and have a nice day.

    Regards,
    Rob
