I cannot find information about the Mega Menu Module.
Is this module only for the T3 Framework or is it a stand alone module that can be incorporated into custom templates?

Here you go http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Template_Framework/Navigation
It says it’s a T3 menu systemBlessings Shannon

I don’t think so as it depend on a lot of the changes introduced in T3 technology
to work. If it’s that much of a must have for you hire someone from Joomlancers to do it for you, they probably are the same coders that developed it 🙂June 16, 2010 at 3:02 am #347191It’s not that it is a must have… I recently bought the roknavmenu module thinking that it was pretty plug and play. However, it wasn’t that simple.
I actually came to the JA site by accident and was looking further into the T3 template. While looking at the other extensions listed, I noticed that the mega menu module was listed and it looked to be a separate module. That’s why I posted the question.
It would be nice if it was separate.

Given the information available on the wiki re: T3 development, (which I haven’t read fully yet) there is a section on creating your own template as a T3 exercise.
Now as you’ve indicated you are capable of designing your own templates, grab Purity II, free T3 template complete with Mega menu!
From there you can reverse engineer the Purity II to gain both T3 and Mega Menu knowledge and produce your own T3 based templates where Mega menu will work as you wish?
