I’m using the template JA Social II with joomla latest version. When i try to assign a submenu with megamenu configuration, i have this message : This module might not available with current Access Level.
I checked, all module or menu are public…I don’t why i’m blocked…
Help me please…

Thanks for the info. I can bypass the .htaccess authentication but the second username / pass to access Joomla! admin doesn’t work, please recheck.

I got your reply via pm and just want to confirm the status. Currently you can use Jomsocial 4.0.9 or lower, we’re working with the update to make the template compatible with latest version of Jomsocial.

I’m back 😉 I have a new site installed with quickstart package and jomsocial 4.0.10 (don’t found 4.0.9…). I have updated JA jomsocial II template.
It’d better but i still have issues…help !! The deadline is comming…

And I found why my megamenu access was denied…because my module wasn’t link to the menu…sorry 🙁

I have just checked your site and see that the folder templatesja_social_iihtmlmod_hellome is missing, please get it from latest installation package, upload to your site and recheck.

Again i need to reinstall the site because of an error 1064 mysql when i save an article or a categorie…..
I will comming back…i’m hope it will work soon…
PS : What you asked for have resolved any issues but not all!
