I just finished a very difficult upgrade from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3.7, and managed to upgrade the template JA Methys as well. I am having one problem… the News Ticker is displaying under the Mega Menu dropdown links and interfering with them. I want to keep the News Ticker in this same location.

I think this can be resolved in the CSS for either Mega Menu or News Ticker, by changing the z-index; however, I need to know exactly how to do this.

Hi,

You need to change the ‘z-index’ of the parent div of element you want it to show above. In this case, you can use this css:

#ja-header { z-index: 51; }

Then clean all caches.
