Dear JA,

Why when i using Simple Images Gallery from joomlaworks, my mega menu doesn’t work.
I know its conflicted each other.. but do not know where to solve this problem..

Have a look in the parameters section of Joomlaworks Simple Image extension for a tick box option called JQuery On/Off or JQuery Conflict
Most extensions now have some way of turning on/off the JQuery calls. Joomla has conflicts when two instances of JQuery are called in one session. Mega Menu uses it’s own JQuery calls.

Hi tfosnom,

I didnt find any parameters showed any jquery “on/off”.. fyi, i used free simple images gallery content plugin (by joomlaworks).

please advice.

Hi TQ
Looking at the Joomlaworks documentation for both the free version of the simple gallery & the paid version, I find the paid version has features to detect multiple instances of mootools (JQuery) running and turn off extra instance. I suggest you buy the paid version. Here’s the relevent excerpt from the SIG docs.
