Hi,
I’ve just installed JA Puresite 2.5, and have the following problem:

1. I can not change the style of menu (see image)
2. The main menu dos not work – I mean the sub-items do not appears.

Any idea?

Can you tell me if you have added any 3rd party extensions to the site? Many times some extensions that use the JQuery conflict with Mega Menu stopping the drop downs from appearing, usually the extension has a option to ‘fix Jquery or turn off Jquery, this is the most common problem. If this isn’t true for you, I’d try re- downloading the quicksatrt and doing a clen reinstall, sometimes I have had a poor connection during the download process and their has been a corrupted file that causes problems.

Try these suggestions then post agin

I have the same problem with my site. I have reinstalled the quickstart and the mega menu still didn’t work. I thought this was a permission issue and I have tried to set most of my scripts related to mega menu to 755 but it still didn’t help. So I would say I’m confused no what to do.Does anyone have any idea? I didn’t use any 3rd party extensions at all.

>> Select Template (Default)
>> Under CSS & JavaScript Compress
>>Optimize JS
Select No

Great! Thanks Connectinteractive.
The menu already works… I still can not change the style of menu – it is set to Mega-menu, but never mind…

BTW, the live-demo site of JA Puresite is not available.
