November 23, 2011 at 11:08 am #426073Site first opened, I get this error message. Mozilla firefox error disappears over time. But IE 8 in the error disappear. No problem you say, but mega-menu does not work. CSS, Split or Dropline menu I chose the error message disappears. There is a definite mistake. Other menus, no error messages

November 23, 2011 at 2:10 pm #426105Please make sure that your JAT3 plugin and Template are updated to the latest release. Please use the JA Extensions Manager to do this.
Also, please be patient awaiting responses. We are not always available to respond but we always attempt to respond withing 24hrs. No need to send all the PM’s etc as we will get to you when we are available. It is always quite hard when we are all on different timezones.

November 23, 2011 at 2:18 pm #426107Latest version of all modules and plugins. I’ve tried many times before. Eliminates the need for any update. I could not understand why. Why not work on my menus?

November 23, 2011 at 3:33 pm #426124Pleasure. jQuery scripts sometimes do not play well with Mootools (the script built into Joomla). If you have set JS optimization to disabled in the template manager for Tiris then try re-enabling those modules. If the mega menu still fails with the optimization disabled then you would need to speak to the maker of the faulty module to get them to look at their code. If it works well with JS Optimization disabled then you can exclude the files I mentioned above from the optimization simply by putting the filenames in the exclude box on the template manager.
