Hi,

I have the following installed:
1) JA T3 BLANK v. 1.1.4
2) JA Purity v. 1.2

Two problems:

Mega Menu disappears

When I make the JA_T3_BLANK template as ‘default’ in my Template Manager, the mega menu disappears!!!!

JA Purity 2 looks different

Uploaded the JA Purity 2 template as a Theme and set it as the default profile – but it now looks different!

It works fine when I switch the site default template from the JA T3_BLANK to the JA Purity 2 template.

Why is this happening with JA T3?

Hi,

I have checked JA T3 Blank with Mega menu, could see it works fine. Please reinstall JAT3 plugin for checking.
If this error persist, please submit a ticket with your site and ftp account.

It looks fine because I am not using the JAT3. I’ve switched to JA Purity 2 since this is a live site and I can’t live without the menu!
I reinstalled JAT3 plugin v 1.2.0, set as default and checked, but same problem – no mega menu.

Now what???
