Andrew</blockquote>Dear aj5r1gg,
Maybe there are some java script error ocurring caused the mega menu is not working,You can try to select to not Optimize JS on your back-end
I hope that will help !
October 7, 2010 at 10:39 am #358050Hi dathq
Sorry, that didn’t work. I ended up uninstalling everything and re-installing and that didn’t work either. The mega menu is still not working properly.
Now the T3 Framework plugin, although working, doesn’t show up in the plugins list.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers!

October 8, 2010 at 8:08 am #358181The problem is happening from the site loading more than one jquery file. you can see html code of the page:
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”/plugins/system/jbLibrary/jquery-1.3.2.min.js”></script>
and
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”/media/com_ninjamonials/js/jquery.min.js”></script>
now, you need to disable one of them, and check this issue again
October 23, 2010 at 5:33 am #360184Thank you. Solved now. There was also issues with my whole J! site which caused me to rebuild it completely.
Cheers!

October 16, 2013 at 10:37 am #509160Hi atif9975,
In this case, can you try to update with the latest version of our JAT3v2 plugin v2.6.8 and clear cache after updating ? You can send me PM with your website’s credentials for further checking if the issue still persists.
