When did this start happening? How long was it working before it started not working?

Do you remember doing any particular modifications or updates/upgrades at the time you noticed it not displaying?

Have you checked all of your configurations and settings?

Have you tried clearing both your JAT3 cache as well as your browser cache … then refreshing?

issue is resolved now, there was a jquery conflict which i have turned of it.. it is loading normal…

I have the same issue! The mega menu stopped working in my Ja_rave template in Joomla 2.5.14How to resolve it? Where to you change jquery in the Ja_rave template?

Hi antesan,

I guess infinitetech installed 3rd party extension which also uses jQuery and it causes conflict with mega menu of this template. Did you have any 3rdpary ext installed in your site? try to disable them.

If you use editor like Firebug in Firefox, you can check the Error tab to see what error is 🙂
