Hi

I had install the quickstar for the JA University and had set up the menu just like the video tutorial, but it does not work.
The submenu itens does not appear, can’t get the dropdown working.

Which sub menu items in particular are you referring to?

When I just checked out your site, it seemed to be working as it should . . . but then, I may not know exactly what you’re referring to.

Another suggestion would be to USE JoomlArt’s DEMO BUILDER as a CROSS-REFERENCE TOOL
– to cross-check the settings/configurations of the demo version against those of your own.

Hope that helps get you started. Otherwise, can you be a bit more specific as to which menu items you are referring?

Hi Tom,

The mega menu is not working in any browser.
I had tested on internet explorer, safari, chrome and firefox, also had use diferrent computers to test it, and it had worked in one of thecomputers but only on firefox.

The menu configuration is like the demo and the menu as it was on quickstar.

Hi totallnet,

The dropdown of mega menu doesn’t work because there is an error with your out-of-dated K2 plugin (2.5.5). You should backup your files & update with latest version K2 2.6.7 at https://getk2.org/. Clear Joomla cace (Site >> Maintenance) & JAT3 cache. The mega menu will work fine then.

* You can see the K2 plugin error message when you set “Develoment” to Error Reporting (Global configuration >> Server).
