Hello has anyone had and fixed the following problem

Mega menu self destructs,, resets layout, deletes logos and wipes mega menu data.

t3 2.1

I’ve tried updating to 2.2 but doesnt work, cant get my site to work right and off canvas breaks all together, even tried deleting everthing and a fres 2.2 install but still off canvas broke,, i reset my site to 2.1 just before i had the issue with mega menu which had happened numerous times destroying all my effort

Hi tiki,

There maybe something wrong with your server specific, you can try to duplicate your site in local host and see how it goes.

hi i did but when updated to 2.2 the off canvas wouldnt work.

Its ok for now on 2.1 but i dare not try to touch the mega menu as its a nightmare having to rewrite it

is there a reason upgrading to 2.2 would break menu items so they throw a 404 page?

Try to disable SEF option (or extension for SEF if any) and see how it goes with 404 page.
