Hi, can u share the details where mega menu not working , i can see the Mega menu is working on your site ? Here : http://prntscr.com/cpmfd9
On other pages kindly disable all 3rd party extension one by one and check .
I also request you to do not update the Joomla to the latest version since the template is only ready for Joomla 3.4.3
