how can I create 2 menus so that 2nd rown of current menu would be above header?

You can change the width from MegaMenu options.
Here is documentation for the Mega Menu.

solution was to add

.t3-mainnav .container,
.navbar-default .container
{
width: auto;
}

You can also set width using megamenu.
That is more useful option and no overrides as well
