Regarding the example “Loading regular modules” in the guide “Introducing Mega Menu” (http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Template_Framework/Navigation):

I added the login module, but it ‘behaves’ very badly. There’s space between the Mega Menu pop-up containing the login module and the ‘parent’ menu… and it periodically changes transparency – seems to happen when the slide show under it changes images.
