Hi, I red your manual and manage to assign main menu as mega menu.

The problem is that menus tabs which are parents and has submenus are not dropout. how to setup dropdown option for such menu entry?

Hi
On your site, some of the extension using an older version of jquery that is creating this issue, kindly check and disable the extension one by one and check menu.
The older version of Jquery making clash for the menu.

remove this code, save and check.
