With T3 2.0.0 and above, you can overwrite Megamenu markup by overriding the Megamenu render class “T3MenuMegamenuTpl”

This is a little bit complicated, you may need help of a PHP developer though.

@ rudimessi,

You should create your own T3MenuMegamenuTpl and put it in any file.
Then include it in file …templates/[yourtemplate]/index.php
or by http://t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-faqs#template-hook
