Hello,

We have a website running Joomla! 3.4.1 based on JA University template.

When a user browse our homepages (https://www.aalisg.org/fr and https://www.aalisg.org/en ) using an IPad JA Slideshow Lite module does not display.

Also, when a user browse any page of our website on a IPad except the homepages Megamenu does not display submenu items when mouseover menu items.

We have a jquery error on our website (The page at ‘https://www.aalisg.org/…’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script ‘http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.) which could be the cause of these problems even if it seems to be o.k. whith others devices and browsers.

Can you help us to solve these problems?

But I could not see the problem of you mentioned on iPad device. Please help me to check it again.

Problems ocured on a IPad Air 2. Have you check the other problems on other pages than the homepages?

I do not have iPad Air 2 but I tested your site with iPad 2 and I could not get the problem you mentioned. Other pages are working fine on your site.

In fact it seems we have the problems described below on IPAD and IPAD air 2 devices.

1) If a user has not logged in, on the frontpage the slideshow displays and submenus display on menu parent items mouse hover and are clickable. But when a user browse any other page menus are blocked: submenus do not display on parent menu items mouse hover.

2) If a user logs in submenu items do not dispay on mouse hover on parent menu items. Even items menu with no child submenus can not be cliked.

If possible, you can give me the screenshot and describe on that, I will help you to check it further. It’s very hard if I test it without clue.

OK, following your request, please find attached screenshot of website obtained on an ipad 2 but the problem is on all ipads.

The problems are twofold:
In unconnected mode
1. Problem with the slideshow not showing
The slideshow is showing only the first time on the home page of the english version. If you hit the “French flag” at the top right of the page, you will see that the slideshow doesn’t show.
2. The submenu items can be shown and selected once only. Then the menus are blocked, only the “home” button works.
In connected mode, it’s the same.

I just checked directly on your site and I saw positions name and modules name assigned are not the same as our demo that’s why it could not get style like our demo. You see structure positions name in below screenshot and change it directly on your site.

The problem is I do not see very well what you mean on the image you posted: it is too small. Second, I just do not get what do you mean? What is the problem with these positions and modules names?
