HI,
I am really into an embarrassing situation now.
Yesterday I published my webzine…. I used “JA Purity ii” template. Everything was working fine until when today i rearranged the horizontal megamenu.
Initially the menu was in one row. When I had to enlarge the menu (which ultimately exceeded one row and became 2 rows) the megamenu broke into pieces in multiple (3) rows and menu elemnets in 2nd and 3rd row in haphazard positions.
I tried to replace the template.css with a fresh template.css which seemed solved the issue. I tested in firefox, IE and Chrome. All three were working fine.
But after few minutes, firefox started to show the broken menu again. I cleared cache. but the problem persists.
Then I tried to reorder the menus but no success.
Then i shortened few menu title and this seemed solved the problem for all the browsers, but not :(… When I sawin full screen mode,it again broke in all the browsers. 🙁
Please help. This is urgent as the web magazine is already published.
Thanks.

October 12, 2010 at 2:10 pm #358635Today I added another menu item and again firefox broke my menu 🙁
in Chrome and IE the second row is floating at left (I mean 2nd row is starting from extreme left) but in firefox the second row is starting at middle of the screen and is the source of problem .. Please help 🙁
Right now it is looking fine in firefox also in ‘wide screen mode’ but again breaks in other modes and I cannot add any more menu item or cannot increase the length of a menu item.
Thank you

October 13, 2010 at 7:35 pm #358836While waiting for a more competent answer than mine, maybe it would be a good idea to unpublish half of your menus. Then check the result, and if it works add one by one till it breaks again. Just a thought.
