hi when i go to -> template -> Ja Beranis templates manager -> megamenu

it does not show the sub options
(using chrome)

I have just checked your site in FF, IE10 and Chrome and for all the mega menu items are showing for me. I would firstly suggest you use JA Extension Manager to update the T3 component as that is a little behind. Once done check the mega menu config in Chrome and see if it now works. It may just be a problem local to your machine so you could try another machine or browser or maybe re-installing Chrome.
