Hi,

There should be three more menu-items with submenu’s to show.
There are three users belonging to the ‘registered’ group. The menu’s are not shown in megamenu config. when using registered.
Please check.

Kindly check you are not using the custom groups, Meg menu support default Joomla access level groups,
Also, share the complete details which menu item are not showing.

Megamenu support only default Joomla user groups as i can see you added a custom group so it not showing in the mega menu options but you can use it on site, it only not work with megamenu options.

Your question is still not clear, as u said the menu item not showing in mega menu.
If it’s like this that your user group not able to see some menu items, it can be an issue from your ACL settings.
to check this simply check the menu with default Joomla template like beez3 and see its working or not.
If you use mega menu options it works for default user groups only.

it’s working for the default Joomla user group that you can see in the Megamenu options.
