For some reason when I go to the MEGAMENU configuration in the template, it does not load. It will take me to the page entitled Megamenu Configuration, and then the LOADING bar appears under the TOOLBOX section, and it states Loading Menu, but then nothing is loaded.

And the following error is displayed:

– The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator.

Here’s the curious thing, the menu does not load properly on the index.php page, but it loads fine on all of the other pages.

Any ideas? I’m thinking something wasn’t uploaded properly? Or when I customized the menu’s, I did something wrong. I just can’t figure it out for the life of me.

Hi djproaudio,

Did you have any 3rd party extension installed in your site? Please try to disable it first, then make sure that you set the right permission for file/folder in your site: file-644 and folder-755.

If this problem still persists, you can PM me login details of your site (URL, admin & ftp account), I will take a look at this.
