Hi,

I am preparing to launch my website at the end of this week and I thought everything was in place and ready to go but now I am having some mysterious issues with my megamenu. While I have been building my website I have of course had the site set to offline mode, so that I need to login in order to see the site. Now that I have set the website to online I am trying to access the website publicly and the megamenu appears completely differently. See the two screenshots:

This is what my megamenu should look like, and this is what it looks like when I am logged in:

This is what my megamenu looks like publicly, so you see that some of the sub-menus have been collapsed for some reason:

This is what my megamenu settings look like, the access is set to “public” and the structure of the menu appears ok here:

Please help! I feel like the solution should be simple but I just can’t figure it out.

Hi Adam,

I seem to have fixed the problem myself, by changing the access level to “Guest” and then fixing the menu. So no more help seems to be needed from your end.
