Hello

I have two questions.
The first is about the megamenu, which tells me that it saves the changes but in fact it does not, because when I re-enter the megamenu configuration the changes were not applied.

I want the main menu to be like the demo, showing the categories grouped under the parent menu. And so it was before, but something happened that I started to modify the megamenu and no longer saves me the configuration of columns, width, etc. This has happened to me with several templates and I do not know what might be happening.

The other question is about how can i change the color of the masthead mask, because i put the following code in custom.css and the color does not change:

.ja-masthead :: before {
     background-color: # 0c4a7c;
}

Hi,
For the masthead kindly use below code in the custom.css file and change the colour code as per needs.

.ja-masthead:before {
    background-color: #000!important;}

Kindly give me a screenshot how you want the menu to show, I will help you in the configuration of Menu. In the demo site, it’s showing the Vertical menu. Here is full documentation for how to configure the Megamenu.

Thank you very much for your answer,
I do not know what happens because when I make a change to try, it continues without saving the changes. It’s strange. I do not know if it’s my browser or something.

Thank you for offering me your kindly help. I am thinking that I will probably use the vertical menu, and in any case it is not the big thing, it can work with the menu as it is, although I would like to discover the reason why I did not apply the changes, because it has happened to me with other templates.

You are welcome!
You may try to clear your browser cache and check the mega menu again.
There is no issue in saving Mega menu.
