How can you get this bug? Your site is running and I see in back-end of your site has many extensions, I’m not sure which extension are conflicting on your site.

You can clone temporary site and pm me again: URL, admin login, FTP account, I will help you to check it further.

You can clone to a temporary site and send me the login info, I will try to detect the root of issue here and apply the fix into the real site.
