Hello,

I have problems with megamenu, because when the mouse is over dont expand de sub menu items, and offCanvas dont work neither.

could you take a look?

Also, there are step you can check for this issue

1. Configuration of MegaMenu: May be the “Dropdown Trigger” has been configured as “Click” instead of “Hover”. You check at:
Extensions >> Template Manager >> JA Bookstore >> Tab: Navigation >> http://prntscr.com/4s9yfa

2. May be there is jQuery conflict, so the MegaMenu can’t work as normal. This normally occurs when you use a third party extensions and it conflict with MegaMenu

What you can try to test in this such situation is
a. Try to disable one by one plugin to check which one is causing the problem
b. Try using jQuery Easy to solve the conflict. You can download this extension here: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/performance/jquery-scripts/18327

Hi,

I checked the URL again and works….maybe when you visit the server was problems.

I fix the problem of the megamenu, I disable jQuery in Virtuemart and install the extension jQuery Easy that you recomend and works.

But the offCanvas menu problem continue, the offCanvas menu expand but is empty.

could you check? thanks
