Hi

I have a a different megamenu showing when a registered user is logged in.
I have been trying to set up the drop down under the items *Members Area* and *News*
but the drop downs are not showing – it is working for the other buttons on the menu.
Can you please help?

Members Area & News don’t have sub menu. Please double check it at your backend.

Hi there, thanks for looking.

The sub-menus are there, but I cannot select the sub-menu in the template>purity-default>MEGAMENU configuration to change the size and placement of the sub-menu.

The first image below shows a sub-menu that is working

the second image shows a sub-menu that is not working

I think this is the problem. (I have done something and I don’t know what).
Any ideas?

I’m sorry again about all delayed. I have bit troubles at my side.
About your issue. I have tracked and tried on your site and also my local. But now sure somehow at moment everything working fine.
I can work with sub menu and custom it as needed.
